Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The MBTI, created by Isabel Myers and Katherine Briggs, is based on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological type and reveals your personality preferences in four dichotomies:
– Where you focus your attention: Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I)
– The way you take in information: Sensing (S) or Intuition (N)
– How you make decisions: Thinking (T) or Feeling (F)
– How you deal with the outside world: Judging (J) or Perceiving (P)
The MBTI sorts the results into one of 16 personality types. The four letters that make up your personality type can help you understand, not only yourself, but your interactions with others. No type is better than another. All types are equal and every type has value.
There are two parts of the MBTI. First, you take the online assessment which takes between 30 – 45 minutes to complete. Next, we have a private, 60 – 90 minute consultation to verify your results. The fee for the MBTI Assessment and Consultation is $300.00*.
If you previously took the MBTI and know your type, there is no need take the assessment again. You can simply schedule a consultation to review your results. The fee for a 60 – 90 minute consultation without the assessment is $250.00.
MBTI Assessments and Consultations are available for corporate and group clients. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs and rates.
If you would like to discuss the benefits of knowing and understanding your Myers-Briggs Type, contact me to schedule a 30 minute, complimentary consultation.
